Our custom frames / catarafts come in many sizes from 8 foot to 16 foot 4 man. Each and every frame / boat we build is custom to fit your needs. Whitewater or fishing these boats truly are the best on planet earth.

Shawn spends 1 on 1 time with each customer designing the frame to fit his/ her needs. And yes Shawn builds each frame himself ensuring the quality of our products. He customizes each frame in his shop using only the best materials out there 1 at a time. We back our frames 100% ! They are truly unique and stand apart from others on the market.

Frames:

Bad Cat frames are hand built using the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum for strength . We use NRS lo pro fittings to assemble our frames. This makes Bad Cat frames easy to adjust , break down for transport or storage , add and remove accessories or seats. Aluminum is machined , hand polished then coated in a clear finish that protects it for many years as well as adding beauty to the frame. The floor / standing platforms are complete from end to end and side to side. We use marine starboard or diamond plate. Marine starboard is extremely strong plastic and is a warmer material than metal. It is very quite unlike metal floors. We also offer the NRS mesh floor for whitewater enthusiast or no floor at all. Floors provide you with the ability to stand and fish comfortably . Half floors also available upon request.

Tubes :

What tubes do you want? Thats the only question! Our Bad Cat tubes are some of the highest durablility on the market. Duel chambers and 8 stainless steel D-rings on each. Made from 2200 denier PVC and 4400 on the top and bottem chaff gaurds give you all the security you need when maneuvering on treacherouse rivers. Super heavy duty and made to slide over rocks with mind ease. Come with 5 year limited warrenty.

If you desire an alternative tube company like Aire , Hyside, NRS, or other we are happy to use the tubes of your choice. Keep in mind there are many tube companies out there that Bad Cat will not put our frames on. Cheap/ poorly made tubes are just not made to support our high quality frames.

Accessories

Bad Cat offers it all..We fabricate oar towers, anchor systems, any mounts needed, floors, lean bars, seat mounts, cooler mounts ext. ext. ext.... We are an outfiter as well for Maxxon, NRS and many other companies so we are happy to provide any of those accessories on our boats as well and most are compatible to fit.
